Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We will usually aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days.

*Candles can be heavy & require a large box for transportation so price of postage reflects the weight and size of the parcel.

Lead times are 3-5 days.

After 3x failed delivery attempts, your parcel will returned to us and we would need payment for postage again to re-send this to you. Failing that, we would refund your order, minus the postage cost. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address. 

We will notify you if an item has ran out of stock after you've ordered. If we are due to restock soon, items will be on 'pre-order' with an estimated delivery date given. 

Our items are packaged securely and safely, and we try to ensure as much of it is eco-friendly, bio-degradable and recyclable. Sometimes however, candles can break during shipping. If this happens, we will get a replacement to you ASAP.

Return & Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE: All our candles are HANDMADE, which means there may be slight imperfections to the candle such as frosting (a natural effect when using vegan wax with dye), small bubbles, indentations from the moulds, and other minor defects. Please be sure you are happy with this as we cannot offer a refund for these natural occurrences of our work.

We are aware that sometimes you may have a change of heart and decide that you would want to return the item you purchased. Within fourteen calendar days following the delivery of your order, you may send it back to us at your convenience.

Please make sure that the items are returned unopened, in the exact condition that you got them, in their original packing, with any product tags still attached, and with no signs of usage.

​

You are responsible for paying to return any packages, and for your own safety and peace of mind, we strongly advise you to obtain a receipt as proof of postage, as well as suitable insurance cover and tracking, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages that go missing or get damaged while in transit.

After we have received the items that you have returned to us, we will process your return and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Please note that it may take anywhere from five to ten business days for the refund to show up in your account.

If you find that an item you ordered has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide us photographic documentation of its state.

​

While you are waiting for your returns to be returned to your credit card, the credit card provider may charge you interest on the balance. We are not liable for any interest charges.
